Taugher Change Catalyst Consulting provides organizational and leadership development services that enable business leaders to drive a business transformation process effectively. We assist senior executives to lead organizations through the necessary transformations from existing business structures, processes, and strategies to ones that support work cultures and behaviors necessary for success in today’s rapidly changing business environment. Transformations involve localized change such as technology enhancement implementations or system-wide change as in a merger or acquisition.

Our work begins by assessing the organization’s ‘current state’ from a management perspective. The assessment is more than a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis, as it provides a clear understanding of management issues and opportunities as well. Our assessment provides facts, but more importantly, it provides insights into what is needed to transform your organization’s health, as well as management team opportunities to support the transformation. We then create a plan to pursue the transformation, and work with your leadership team to implement that plan every step of the way. We are implementation specialists, not just report writers.
